What do the air vents do?
A built-in fan pushes cool air through vents on the outside of the barrel to cool the strands and close the cuticle, which locks in the style. The fan turns on by itself once the tool is at temperature, and the fan button turns it off.
How do I turn it on and set the heat?
Plug it in, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds, then press it again until the lights reach your temperature. When it is ready, within 2 minutes, the lights stop flashing and the fan comes on.
Which heat setting should I use?
The brand's guide: 280°F for fine or fragile hair, 320°F for fine to medium, 360°F for healthy, untreated hair, 390°F for thick or coarse and 430°F for very thick, resistant hair. Always use a heat protectant.
Can I use it abroad?
Yes. It is dual voltage, 100 to 240V at 50/60Hz. Depending on the country, you may need a plug adapter for the outlet.
Does it turn itself off?
Yes, after 60 minutes. The lights keep blinking until the tool is unplugged, so unplug it and let it cool completely before you put it away.
Should my hair be wet or dry?
