FAQ
How long does the battery last?
Up to 4 weeks of use per charge from the rechargeable lithium-ion battery (4.86 watt hours). The magnetic charging system takes 4 hours.
Can I take it abroad?
Yes. It is global voltage compatible and charges over USB (5.0V DC, 1.0A) from a laptop, car, power bank or wall adapter. The wall adapter is not included.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. It has a waterproof design, and the manufacturer says it may be used in the shower.
How long does a full reservoir last?
The 7 oz reservoir holds up to 45 seconds of flossing time.
Does it work with braces or implants?
It comes with an orthodontic tip for braces and a plaque-seeking tip for implants, crowns, bridges and veneers.
What if the pressure gets weaker?
Change or soak the tip, and clean the unit. On the Cordless Advanced, the vent holes sit on the unit near the reservoir water straw connection; clear them gently with a needle.
