FAQ
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 minutes. The manufacturer measures that in Eco mode as a handheld, and notes that run time varies with the power mode, floor type and attachment. The battery clicks out, so you can swap in another.
Is it good with pet hair?
The motorized roller cleaner head de-tangles and removes pet hair from floors: its hair removal vanes spin hair straight into the bin instead of letting it wrap around the brush bar.
Does it work on carpets and hard floors?
Yes. It is made for hard floors, carpets and upholstery, and with the right attachment it also cleans car interiors.
How do I change the power mode?
A button on top of the machine cycles through Eco, Medium and MAX. The operation is triggerless, so you don't have to hold anything down while you clean.
How do I look after the filters?
There is a conical filter and a post-motor filter at the head of the machine. Wash both under cold water at least once a month and let them dry for 24 hours before you put them back.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original box with every attachment and the manual. If it arrives defective, tell us within 7 days and we send a replacement first.
