FAQ
What does each head do?
The LED ring gives red, blue or red plus infrared light, the microcurrent ring gives gentle stimulation over conductive gel, the three percussive heads massage the face, neck and chest, and the cleansing ring cleans away dirt, oil and debris.
Is there anyone who should not use it?
Yes. The manufacturer lists contraindications for each head, including a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy and pregnancy, plus light sensitivity for the LED ring. Read the full list on its precautions page first.
How long is a microcurrent session?
The manufacturer sets it at 5 to 8 minutes, once in a 24-hour period, and the ring shuts off automatically after 8 minutes. Always apply the conductive gel first, and keep it off the eye area and the midline of the neck.
Does the LED ring touch the skin?
No. Hold it about 0.5 inches from the skin. A proximity sensor keeps the light dim until the device is at that distance, which also cuts glare.
How do I charge it?
Through the USB-C port at the base, with the included USB-A to USB-C cable and any standard USB adapter. It charges faster with a USB-C adapter, and the device does not run while charging.
Can it get wet?
The device is water resistant but not waterproof: wipe it with a damp cloth or an alcohol-free wipe. The cleansing ring is the only part that can be washed fully under water.
