What temperatures does it reach?
Heat has three levels: 95°F (the default), 100°F and 108°F. Cold has three levels: 57°F (the default), 54°F and 50°F. Exact temperatures can vary with the environment and with back-to-back sessions.
Do I need to chill it in the freezer?
No. The wand cools in seconds on its own and holds its temperature through the session.
How long does a session take?
The brand's routine starts with heat on a moderate setting and finishes with cold on the coldest setting, for a total of 8 to 10 minutes.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Yes. The manufacturer suggests starting with heat to help boost skincare absorption, then switching to cold to help lock your skincare in.
