FAQ
What does the ion technology do?
The manufacturer says its tourmaline ion technology hydrates the cuticle, adds shine and helps with frizz, flyaways and static.
Is it comfortable on the scalp?
Yes. The paddle has a soft cushion made for scalp comfort, and ball-point tips that are gentle on hair and scalp.
What is the pick in the handle for?
It is a retractable sectioning pick. Slide it out to separate hair and create parts, then retract it so it doesn't get in the way.
Is it heavy?
No. The manufacturer describes it as lightweight, with an easy-grip ergonomic handle and a snag-free ring.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original box. If it arrives defective or it is the wrong item, tell us within 7 days and we send a replacement first.
