How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
The manufacturer rates it at about 120 minutes per charge. Turn it off, then charge with the included USB-C cable and your own adapter. The button light flashes while charging and turns solid green when the battery is full.
How long should I use it on one spot?
About 15 to 20 seconds per area before gliding to the next, and no more than 2 minutes on any one area of the body.
Does it turn off by itself?
No. The device does not shut off automatically, so long-press the button until it powers down when you finish.
Is it safe for everyone?
The manufacturer advises checking with a medical professional first if you are pregnant, recently injured or had surgery, or have conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, deep vein thrombosis or a bleeding disorder. Don't use it directly on the face, head, throat, neck or genitals, or over rashes, open wounds or bruises.
How do I clean it?
Turn it off and wipe the device and attachments with a disinfectant wipe. It is not waterproof, so keep water and other liquids out of the device and the charging port.
