FAQ
How often should I use it?
The manufacturer recommends at least 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week for the first 60 days, then 2 to 3 times a week to maintain. Allow 24 hours between sessions.
What does the Boost button do?
It adds up to 25% more microcurrent power for stubborn areas. It works with the Facial Trainer and Lip & Eye attachments, but it does not change the Wrinkle Reducer attachment.
Do I need an activator every time?
Yes. Always apply a Microcurrent Activator in a mask-like layer, and reapply if the skin gets dry during a session. The kit includes Aqua Gel and Silk Crème.
Will I feel it?
It should not contract the muscles when used as directed. If you feel tingling, add more activator to the area or lower the level.
How do I charge it?
On the included charging cradle with the power adapter. Charge it for ten hours before first use. A full charge lasts about two weeks of 5-minute daily sessions, and the device does not turn on while charging.
