How long should I use it on each area?
The manufacturer recommends no more than 3 minutes at a time per area, gliding upward and outward with both spheres touching the skin.
Will I feel it?
A slight tingling can happen and is normal. Lowering the intensity may reduce or remove it, and the Anti-Shock System adjusts the current to your skin's resistance.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 300 minutes of use per charge, with up to 90 days on standby. A full charge takes up to 1.5 hours over USB, and the device should not be used while plugged in.
How do I clean it?
Wash the metal spheres and silicone with soap and water, rinse with warm water and pat dry. Avoid cleaners with alcohol, petrol or acetone, and make sure it is fully dry before use.
Who should not use it?
The manufacturer says not to use it with an implanted medical device, epilepsy, cancer, recent laser treatment or chemical peel, or facial cosmetic surgery, and to ask a physician first if pregnant.
