FAQ
Is it gentle enough for sensitive gums?
It is made for gentle care: the brush heads have extra-soft, ultrathin bristles, and the pressure sensor alerts you if you press too hard.
How does the timer work?
It runs for 2 minutes and pulses every 30 seconds to let you know when to switch to the next area of your mouth.
What does the pressure sensor do?
It alerts you when you are brushing too hard, so you can ease off and keep the clean gentle.
How do I charge it?
Stand the handle on the charger that comes in the box. It uses a standard charger and a rechargeable battery.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original box with every part and the manual. If it arrives defective, tell us within 7 days and we send a replacement first.
