How long does the battery last?
Up to 150 minutes on a full charge. It charges through the included USB-C cable; turn the device off before you plug it in.
Which attachment should I use?
Start with the Dampener on tender or sensitive areas, like around bones. The Standard Ball is for an all-over body massage, and the Thumb is for the lower back, trigger points and knots.
How much pressure should I apply?
Light to moderate. The manufacturer says never to press hard enough to cause pain or discomfort, or to stall the device, and to work around a sore area instead of pressing straight into it.
Is it safe for everyone?
The manufacturer advises checking with a medical professional first if you are pregnant, recently injured or had surgery, or have conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, deep vein thrombosis or a bleeding disorder. Don't use it directly on the face, head, throat, neck or genitals, or over rashes, open wounds or bruises.
How do I clean it?
Turn it off and wipe it with a damp cloth or an alcohol-free cleansing wipe. It is not waterproof, so keep water and other liquids out of the device and the charging port.
