FAQ
How long does a full reservoir last?
The 22 oz reservoir gives 90+ seconds of flossing, more than the one-minute timer needs.
Can I use it with braces or implants?
Yes. The manufacturer includes an orthodontic tip for braces and a plaque-seeking tip for implants, crowns, bridges and veneers.
How many modes does it have?
Two: Floss and Hydro-Pulse Massage. The LED information panel shows which one is on.
Can I use it outside the US?
It is built for 120VAC/60Hz outlets, and the manufacturer says it is for use in North America only. A plug adapter changes the plug shape, not the voltage.
How do I clean it?
Once a month: wipe the outside, soak the tip in a 1:2 vinegar-water mix for 5 minutes, wash the reservoir on the top rack of the dishwasher or by hand, and run the vinegar mix through the unit.
Why is the pressure getting weaker?
Usually a clogged tip, additives or a unit that has not been cleaned. Change the tip or soak it in 50/50 vinegar and water, and run the same solution through the unit. Replace tips every 3 to 6 months.
