FAQ
How often should I use it?
The manufacturer recommends at least 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week for the first 60 days, then 2 to 3 times a week to maintain. Allow 24 hours between sessions.
Do I need the gel every time?
Yes. Always apply a Microcurrent Activator, such as the included Hydrating Aqua Gel, in a mask-like layer. Reapply if the skin gets dry during a session.
What are the three modes?
Level one is Instant Lift, level two is Pro Toning and level three is Skin Tightening. Press the power button once, twice or three times to choose, and the LED lights show the mode.
Will I feel it?
It should not contract the muscles when used as directed. If you feel tingling, add more activator gel to the area or lower the level.
How long does the battery last?
About two weeks of 5-minute daily sessions per full charge. Charge it for four hours before first use. The device does not turn on while charging, and it shuts off automatically after 20 minutes.
Who should not use it?
The manufacturer says not to use it with a history of epilepsy or seizures, recent surgery, active cancer, pregnancy, an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, or under age 18.
